My work is practical, conversational, and rooted in real experience. I don’t run people through programs or scripts. I work with what’s happening—in the room, on the team, and in the work. Some people come to me one-on-one. Others bring me in to work with a group. In both cases, the goal is the same: to help people work more clearly, communicate more honestly, and lead without burning themselves—or others—out.
